1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ph997 platform (the "Platform"), you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your ph997 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ph997 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

ph997 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph997 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of ph997 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the ph997 Platform without the prior written consent of ph997.

8. Limitation of Liability
